Take a Freestyle Group Training Bootcamp class at DW Fitness First
Improve cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, burn calories and vaporize body fat. Aim for your individual personal best as you smash your way through several high intensity stations.
In this Bootcamp style class, you will work to your maximum capacity for 1 minute on individual stations rotating from station to station. Rest periods are short so you'll have just enough time to catch your breath before moving onto the next exercise.
The number of stations will depend on the number of participants but should be around 9. Once you've completed a round of exercises on each station you'll get 2 minutes rest before starting again so you can try to beat your last performance.
This is a high intensity class where you will use equipment such as ViPRs, medicine balls, kettlebells, Sparc, SkiErg, and assault bike.
