If you’re new to cycling but want to push yourself harder than an entry-level fitness class, why not take a step up?

At DW Fitness First, our Intermediate Cycling class is a fun and inspiring group workout that makes use of the techniques you’ll learn from the beginners class but, turned up a notch. This high-intensity workout is performed on stationary indoor bikes, which will train your whole body while developing your cycling form.

Make no mistake, this is more physically demanding than a beginners cycling class, but it’s fun and energetic too. With a combination of upbeat music and the instructor spurring the class on, it’s hard not to get pumped up and motivated to go the extra mile.
