Our Cardio Fit 85% HR class is one of 5 BEAT training classes we offer at Fitness First, tailor made for optimising every workout. Your class will take place in the BEAT area in club which is a highly motivating heart rate based training zone where your heart rate can be displayed on one of our screens so you can monitor your progress throughout the class.

This cardio based workout will gradually increase in intensity to raise your heart rate to 85% working your heart and lungs to the optimal level.

Our expert instructors will guide you through the class and give you the motivation and support needed to ensure you are maximising your workout and we can guarantee the quality of your workout, as everyone works out at their own personal best.
