Bootcamp Circuit

Learn how to use the exciting and innovate kit within our Bootcamp area using circuit style training to increase your heart and lung function.

Bootcamp Circuit is a medium intensity cardiovascular gym floor based class using a hybrid of HIIT style cardiovascular machines and bootcamp drills. Boocamp Circuit has been designed to burn the maximum amount of calories whilst still keeping a really simple style of training that offers the opportunity to use equipment that you may not have used before.

The training programme is focused around 3 components:

  • Team Mobiliser - Fun and energetic drills and games which will ensure you’re ready for the main section of work.
  • Bootcamp Circuit – 30 minutes of expert instruction where you will alternate between innovative equipment where you can work at your own level, and body weight exercises as group.  Participants are encouraged to work at 7/10 effort level.
  • Team Stretch – utilise this time to stretch off and discuss when you’re taking your next Bootcamp class – will your next one be Bootcamp Circuit again, Bootcamp Core or Bootcamp HIIT.

Bootcamp training classes promote fat loss, cardiovascular improvements, camaraderie, and team effort. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone.  Boot camps provide social support for those taking part.  Participants of our Bootcamp classes are introduced to our other signature products including Core App challenges, FGT, workout plans and 10 minute workouts.  There are many other benefits of Bootcamp classes, which includes mental health. It has long been known that regular aerobic exercise can help to reduce high blood pressure, hypertension and combat stress. Part of this is due to the release of endorphins, which act as a mood elevator.
