BODYSTEPis a Les Mills class performed using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Basic stepping, like walking up and down stairs, is your core move, building to more advanced steps as you progress. You get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. As the step is adjustable you can increase or decrease the height depending on your level and giving your progression options. Cardio tracks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. It's great for toning your glutes, thighs and calves - plus improving your rhythm and co-ordination as you negotiate your way around the step. Don't worry if you think you've got two left feet - there are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely so you can revert back to basic stepping at any time.
