4 Concepts in one class- Dance, Combat, HIIT, and Yoga! The class is built into 4 blocks of around 15 minutes focusing on each of the disciplines. All the exercises in the class can be modified so Block Fit is designed to be suitable for all levels of fitness whether you're a beginner or more advanced. A great all round workout! If you like a bit of everything then this class is definitely for you, and if you don't like one section it's not long until you've moved on to the next!
