H2O HIIT brings functional training into the pool. By using the resistance of the water, you can work hard to tone and strengthen your body with very little impact on your joints. This timed circuit consists of 5 stations, each having a specific focus – Resistance, Cardio, Fight, Core and AMLAP (as many lengths as possible). The class will provide you with a full body, fat burning workout...with a splash of fun thrown in as well!
