The FloatFit HIIT class is a 30 minute workout including burpees, lunges, squats, aquaclimbers, v-sits…all on water! This low impact, cross training class gives you a full body workout whilst using the AquaBase mat to balance on the water. This class adds a little bit of fun to some ordinary exercises and it's a great way to tone up whilst having some fun...and trying not to fall in! The AquaBase mat is essentially an exercise mat that floats on water. The instability of exercising on the mat floating on water brings a whole new dimension to your training, taking your core stability to another level.
