A low impact option for the joints, experience a whole new side of Zumba by taking your next class in the water! Recreating your classic Zumba moves, while surrounded in water to act as resistance, Aqua Zumba is a challenge for your muscles and as water is approximately 800 times denser than air – you’ll work harder. This total whole body workout, strengthens core muscles and the increased resistance means an increase in muscle tone strength and endurance levels. The familiar Zumba soundtrack still plays on whilst you party in the pool with this fun but challenging water based workout - all with less strain on your joints and muscles.
