Resistance Equipment

In our resistance area we'll help you shape your body and burn fat with strength training. With the right equipment such as free weights or resistance machines and advice from our experts, you can improve your overall health while increasing muscle and bone strength.

We have several different types of resistance equipment in our clubs (equipment may vary by club): 

  • Plate loaded machines including Chest press, Shoulder press, Seated Row, Pulldown, 45 Degree Leg Press, Hack Squat, and Bent Over Row
  • Cables with large selection of handles, bars and attachments including Large cable cross overs, Single station cable units, and Dual Action Pulleys (DAPs)
  • Pin loaded including Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Lat Pull Down, Seated Row, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Horizontal leg press, Assisted Chin and dip station
  • Selection of racks including Olympic Flat, Incline and Decline Bench Press / Half and Full Squat Racks / Smith Machine
  • Adjustable benches
  • Up to 50kg dumbbells
  • Up to 55kg Fixed Barbells
  • Large selection of weight plates - ranging from 1.25 to 25kg
  • Selection of different size and weight free weight bars including 7ft Olympic Bars, 6ft Bars, EZ Bars, Trap bars, Standard and Fat grip bars
