We've designed a series of workouts to take group exercise outdoors into local parks or outdoor spaces. Your fitness instructor will accompany you to an outdoor training area where your workout will be set up, offering you a different environment to add variety to your regime. You'll find familiar freestyle equipment from our clubs utilised in these outdoor group training (OGT) sessions. Choose to participate in OGT Circuits, OGT Rep and Run, OGT Breakout, OGT Hiit, and OGT Obstacle course training.
