Triple Threat is the ultimate AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) challenge.

Three exercises performed one after the other, continuously for 10 minutes, completing as many rounds as possible.

SCORING:

3 completed rounds in 10 minutes = 3.0

3 completed rounds plus the row = 3.1

3 completed rounds plus the row and assault bike = 3.2

4 completed rounds in 10 minutes = 4.0

And so on...
