To celebrate the launch of this autumn's must-see action movie, Terminator: Dark Fate, we're giving members the chance to take on the ultimate fitness challenge. 

8 exercises against the clock, The Dark Fate Challenge is a test of speed, strength and stamina - completed in the club's designated challenge zone. Each exercise takes inspiration from the movie, whether sprinting from the Rev-9 Terminator or leaping to safety, there's a link related to every workout to immerse yourself in this Hollywood challenge. 

THE CATEGORIES
There are FOUR categories that you can enter:
CATEGORY DETAIL
Individual Open <40 years on the day of the final
Individual Masters >40 years on the day of the final
Team Each partner completed alternate exercises. Any gender mix, any age.
Personal Trainer Check how your PT has done and beat their time!

  

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?

You can take part in this year’s Dark Fate challenge in all DW Fitness First clubs, even if you’re not a member, by signing up for a 3 day free pass here
