Back Stronger Challenge

Stage 1

This is the starting point. Start the treadmill at 4kph no incline, at 1:00 raise the incline to 1%, at 2:00 raise the incline to 2% and so on. How far can you get through this challenge? If you complete it, can you progress to Stage 2?

 

Stage 2

Geared toward those who like a challenge, but don’t want to compete with the elite. Start the treadmill at 8kph no incline, at 1:00 raise the incline to 1%, at 2:00 raise the incline to 2% and so on. Your goal is to complete the full 20 minutes. Try and improve your score!

 

Stage 3

The ultimate challenge. Start the treadmill at 12kph no incline, at 1:00 raise the incline to 1%, at 2:00 raise the incline to 2% and so on. Your goal is to complete the full 20 minutes. Have a go and BE BACK STRONGER to improve your score! Will anyone complete 20 minutes? If you do, we challenge you to go even further…
