EQUIPMENT: ViPR
AMRAP The aim is to complete 3 complex exercises within the 1 minute time cap.
For your first 5 minutes choose a weight where you perfect your technique.
For rounds 6-10, increase your ViPR weight and work on making the movement as dynamic as possible.
